Community Conversations
Exploring National Heritage Area Feasibility

The Beach to Bay Heritage Area is partnering with our friends in Delaware to explore the feasibility of establishing a National Heritage Area in our region. As part of this exciting initiative, we are organizing three community conversations across Maryland’s Lower Eastern Shore to inform the public about the process. These are great opportunities to learn more about National Heritage Areas and the potential it brings to our local communities.

Join us in these conversations and help us define this region’s nationally significant stories, historic sites, cultural impact, and assets. This is the public’s chance to give input on how the region stands out on a national level and its contributions to our nation’s history and heritage. Come make your voice heard at one, or all, of these community conversations.
  • Monday, May 18th: Corbin Library, 4 East Main Street, Crisfield – 8:30AM to 9:30AM
  • Monday, May 18th: Art Collective at the Factory, 16 South Main Street, Suite D, Berlin – 7:00PM to 8:30PM
  • Tuesday, May 19th: Salisbury Headquarters, 115 South Division Street, Salisbury – 3:00PM to 4:30PM
These meetings are free and open to the public. Be a part of this collaboration and explore the region’s national significance! Keep an eye out for updates on our website!
